GENERAL CONTRACTOR

As a general contractor, we take responsibility for your entire project. We oversee the whole construction process from beginning to end, whether it's constructing a ready-to-use building or completely renovating a retail area. FURNITURE PRODUCTION

Whether shopfitting systems that are ready to roll out, wall units, free-standing furniture, checkout systems or sales counters – we plan and produce top-quality furnishings for individual retail stores, fashion boutiques and chains, to deadlines set by you. Design / conception / production planning

We design and plan shop furnishings from your initial idea to the final execution planning stage, considering both functional and aesthetic factors. Colour schemes, shapes and choice of material – these aspects are decided upon using a holistic approach and selected so that they suit the corporate design of your company.

Prototyping

The purpose of prototyping is to make conceptual ideas visible and tangible. We create prototypes and then, alongside our customers, we assess, optimise and perfect them in terms of functionality, shape and material. Once we have done this, the production process begins.

Our production facilities are specialised in producing furniture, metal components and systems of all shapes and types. Logistics and installation

We provide process-oriented solutions in logistics and installation: Whether individual items of furniture or the complete furnishings for a store –we organise, control and optimise every single process in our own logistics and storage facilities, comprising storage floor space measuring approximately 2500 m² and 1600 pallet bays. We provide "just-in-time" delivery to the construction site. Our experienced installation specialists will fit your furnishings at any location, anywhere in the world.

SERIES CONCEPTS

Are you looking to expand nationally or internationally? At SCHLEGEL, we provide you with ready-to-roll-out expansion solutions and ensure straightforward reproduction of your stores – whether you need 450 shop-in-shop setups or 50 stores a year.
We take on every aspect of project management and are there to help you in any of the following areas: Location analysis and planning, surveying, building applications, scheduling, coordinating with external parties, involving suppliers, "just-in-time" delivery and worldwide installation of your series concepts.

Design / conception / production planning

We design and plan series furnishings, considering functional, aesthetic and user-relevant factors. We focus on flexible use of the furnishings, which can be scaled as needed, on systems and components suitable for this use and, of course, on colour schemes, shapes and materials that suit the corporate design of your company.

Roll-out management

We ensure that all the necessary requirements for a successful roll-out have been met, through site inspections, measurements, coordination with landlords and authorities. Furthermore, we coordinate and execute all on-site services, organise site management, and manage the entire supply chain, from installation to acceptance and handover. We support you not only before but also during your grand opening.

Warehousing, logistics and installation

In our logistics centre, comprising 2500 m² of storage floor space and 1600 pallet bays, we coordinate all of the processes necessary for your roll-out, encompassing goods receipt, quality assurance, storage, order picking, packaging and shipping. We provide "just-in-time" delivery to the construction site and hand over to our qualified, experienced installation specialists, who will install your furnishings at locations all over the world.
